|Recommended: YesSince the new owners took over the property is a lot cleaner. — I've been here almost 5 years and there has been no problems. It is quiet and relaxing when I'm at home.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — In moving from a safe quiet sub urban community to the city I was nervous about compromising the quality of living however, we found a gem. This complex is being updated and modernized to best meet the needs of its occupants. I have small children and everyone, including staff maintenance team has been friendly and patient with them. Only down side is no laundry in unit, but if you dont mind a little stroll to do laundry this is quintessential apartment living uncompromised.
